At the most basic level, you are energy. Your body is composed of atoms and molecules, which make up all your cells, organs, and your entire body. We also carry the blueprint, if you will, of our original structure and unique perfection with us our entire lives. This blueprint is available not only in our DNA, but also in our energy "field." That "field" is what you sense when you know someone is behind you even though you can't see or hear them. We all have a presence beyond our physical bodies.
Your body carries a memory of experiences - both through our five senses as well as your emotional and physical responses. Collections of certain experiences and emotions in your body, if they cannot be released, can eventually block the flow of energy in areas. This then can translate into many things, what I call getting "stuck." It may present as repeated unpleasant experiences in our lives, not being able to find that new job you want, continuing unhealthy habits in an effort to cope, and eventually physical pain and disease.
Energy healing taps into your body’s own blueprint of health so that you can heal and function again. Together we work with your body's "blueprint" to release the blockages and bring you into health, balance, and happiness. I use intuitive guidance and specific techniques to bring about these profound changes.
What is it?
Although some have easier access to it than others, we all have some intuition. Call it a 6th sense, a gut feeling, they are all related. Intuition is information, memory, innate knowledge integrated by our brain in a way our conscious mind cannot do. We pick up on energy of thoughts, events, surroundings just as we smell faint whiff of a flower blossom. It’s not very loud. Softer than the chatter of the brain.
What is it for me?
My intuition is very left and right brain at the same time. In everyday life, both sides of my brain are very engaged. So with intuition, there's both logic and information indescribable.
Intuition comes through in several ways for me. I sense energy. Sometimes I see it, almost like a heat wave off of pavement. And often, I see pictures or mini movies of past events. It can also be a movie for me to either help me understand the issue, or how to resolve the issue. Intuition can also come through knowing or feeling. I get a sense of where more or less energy is flowing. Or information may come as a complete package in a moment, a knowing. And, I hear it. I hear a story of what event, trauma, or emotion is causing the issues. I call all of this sensing. And, what I sense is typically the key to healing. Then, through this sensing, I get information on how to resolve the issue, energy block, condition. I intuit how to get you "unstuck" and moving in your life again.
I work with many people. What they have in common is they have usually tried traditional avenues to work through emotional or physical issues, sometimes for years, without success.

Here is a short list of what I work with:
Each session is different, because you are unique. There is a general process for each session, though. We spend the first part of the session talking about you ~ what’s going on in your life, and what you would like to accomplish in your session. The second part of the session, you lie on a massage table, fully clothed. I utilize both gentle hands-on and hands-off techniques during the session, depending on your needs, taking into account your preferences as well. After a session, people typically feel lighter and relieved.
For specific issues, I recommend clients plan on 3-6 sessions, depending on your needs and goals. The first session may take up to 2 hours because I ask questions to get to know you, your history, how your body works. Other sessions are usually 1.5 hours.
