What is a session like?
Each session is different, because you are unique. There is a general process for each session, though. We spend the first part of the session talking about you ~ what’s going on in your life, and what you would like to accomplish in your session. The second part of the session, you lie on a massage table, fully clothed. I utilize both gentle hands-on and hands-off techniques during the session, depending on your needs, taking into account your preferences as well. After a session, people typically feel lighter and relieved.
How many sessions will I need?
For specific issues, I recommend clients plan on 3-6 sessions, depending on your needs and goals. If you are wanting a tune-up or rebalance type of session, then one session is usually sufficient.
What if I want to learn more before I decide?

How long until I am seeing results?
It all depends on what we're working on. Some people start seeing and feeling results in a day. With other issues, it may take weeks or months to resolve. But you'll start feeling differently usually within 2 weeks. The key is to keep at it to really heal your body. Feeling and seeing issues is a later step in the process of degeneration. In order to truly heal, you'll want to commit to several months at least. Initially the visits will be more frequent to keep you on track and adjust as needed. Later, once the healing is rolling and new habits are formed, the session are less frequent.
Can I get my supplements at the grocery store?
I do have certain supplements that can be picked up at a natural foods store. However, the difference in healing is QUALITY. And many of the supplements available in the store have poor ingredients, fillers, and are less potent. By the time my clients come to see me, they want results. Quality supplements are more powerful and you'll see results faster.
Do I have to take supplements?
You get to choose. If you wish, we can work with foods. And we'll be making some dietary switches regardless of your preference for using supplementation. I have found over years of experience that supplements speed the process of healing significantly, as long as they are high quality. So I do encourage it. And, we work with your lifestyle so it suits you!
